| Q: What is the lead time? A: Currently the length of time from an order being placed to the shipping date is three weeks. Note this can be longer for custom orders. Due to the manufacturing process the lead time for stainless steel SkateBlocks® is 14 weeks. |

shipped and what is the cost? A: SkateBlocks® are usually shipped via UPS Ground. The cost is based on weight of the box(es) that the SkateBlocks® are shipped in. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping or if you have a preferred shipping provider (note this will not change the lead time required to manufacture the SkateBlocks®). |
| Q: What is the Material
Surcharge Fee? A: The metal commodity markets can often be volatile and from time to time a Material Surcharge Fee is applied to orders. If an order is subject to a Material Surcharge Fee an approximate amount will be noted upon an order being received. In the event of a major price swing that is outside of normal market fluctuations, we will contact you prior to shipment and confirm the pricing. The Material Surcharge Fee is based on specific material used and the weight of the SkateBlock®. |
